In the spirit of Spartanburg Soaring! International Kite Festival, Chapman Cultural Center is hosting Soaring Saturdays this month in light of the cancellation of our annual Festival due to COVID-19. Bring your kites and join us Saturday for a small art market on the CCC plaza with plenty of room to social distance and fly kites in the green space behind our facility!
Beer and wine will be available!
