Immigration: What is Our Policy? A Lunch & Learn Lecture

World Affairs Council Upstate presents the 4th in its 7 part series of lunch and learn lectures on global hot topics. Issues surrounding immigration are in the news everyday. To build a wall, or not to build a wall. The separation of children from their families at the border. In this discussion, we will look at the American immigration policy and compare it both to previous eras in American history and to other trends in developing countries. Most importantly, we will discuss the impact of American immigration policy on the lives of immigrants, the children, and American society.
