A world class barbecue cook-off at Saluda Shoals Park! Savor the flavor of the award winning “Q” from more than 20 of South Carolina’s best barbecue cookers. All you can eat barbecue tasting is from 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. or until it runs out.
