Anderson Arts Center: Summer Art Camp

After a year of staying home and laying low, we are ready to rejoin the world! come JOIN US FOR A SUMMER OF EXPLORING International Festivals! One week will be devoted to festivals right HERE in South Carolina! EACH WEEK WILL FEATURE FANTASTIC festivals IN A SPECIFIC GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION and how they celebrate the arts and how art is created to celebrate and promote them. WE WILL HAVE A GREAT TIME GETTING MESSY AND CREATIVE WITH OUR OWN MASTERPIECES inspired by pageantry and art of people celebrating life in all of its facets. WE WILL WORK ON AGE APPROPRIATE PROJECTS WITH ALL KINDS OF MATERIALS AND IN SEVERAL MEDIUMS INCLUDING: DRAWING, PAINTING, CLAY, COLLAGE, PRINTMAKING, FIBERS, 3-D NON-CLAY SCULPTURE, AND DESIGN.
