Stop by Chapman Cultural Center and hear from Melissa Earley, Outreach Director at Chapman Cultural Center, about how applying for an arts grant can help make your New Years’ resolutions come true.
Secure funding for the project you’ve dreamed about or reach your artistic goals! Community Grants may be used for specific artists’ projects or for enriching your art career, including purchasing new equipment, musical instruments, master-level classes that will expand your skills, and much more.
Grants are also available to nonprofits and government agencies interested in incorporating the arts as a way to support their mission. Organization grants may be used for afterschool or summer programs in dance, music, creative writing, visual arts, crafts, etc., for hiring artists to work with your clients on an ongoing or temporary basis, for public art projects, murals, festivals, and more.
After a short presentation, there will be a question and answer session. All individual artists and non-profit organizations seeking funding are encouraged to attend. So, bring your questions, project ideas, and plans. If you have questions ahead of the information session, please contact Melissa Early at mEarley@spartanarts.org
