Christmas in Gaffney

December 10th will kick off Christmas in Gaffney with “A Storybook Christmas.” Come watch as the stories unfold in the city of Gaffney’s annual nighttime Christmas parade, where participants will decorate their entries to the theme of their favorite storybook. The parade will start at 6pm in historic Downtown Gaffney. No worries, the fun doesn’t stop at the end of the story.
Festivities will continue in downtown Gaffney until 9pm with fun for the whole family. There will be inflatables, rides, vendors, shopping, music and much more! Be sure to take a stroll through the 15th Annual “Festival of Trees” in the lobbies of Gaffney’s City Hall. Attendees can donate money for a vote on their favorite tree and all funds collected will go to the organization receiving the votes.
Tis the season for Santa’s return to Gaffney! Santa Claus will be available from 7pm-9pm for photo opportunities. Don’t forget to bring those letters to Santa with you! Santa’s mailbox will be set up inside City Hall where you will be able to personally drop them in Santa’s mailbox for him to take back to the North Pole.
Gaffney’s award-winning Christmas Laser Light Show is a must see! The family-friendly laser shows include the latest musical hits, mind-blowing lasers and fantastic graphic effects. Shows begin at 6pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights and will run every 30 minutes until 10:30pm in Jolly Park!
