Plein Air Painting – Spring at the Botanical Gardens

Join us for the unparalleled experience of painting outdoors! Donna has had many years of experience in painting Plein Air. Draw your inspiration from the beautiful Botanical Gardens of SC. Any media is welcome. You do not need an elaborate set-up. A drawing board, a chair to sit on, and a chair upon which to prop your drawing board will suffice. Contact Donna with questions.
We will discuss what to paint, narrow your focus using a view finder, and learn how to use crop marks. Value sketching and underpainting will be encouraged. A list of suggested supplies will be sent. Bring a lunch and plenty to drink.
