What: Phoenix Center Zoom Focus Group “Focus” on current needs and trends our systems are seeing in our seniors for mental health and substance use. Goal: To expand services, explore further partnerships regarding prevention, education, support, intervention, treatment.

Why: For Phoenix Center leadership to learn from you, and all of us from each other on trends
in our senior population during the past 2 years regarding increases in substance use and
mental health concerns. We hope to use the insights shared in this focus group to inform
our services for outreach, specialized programs, and expanded partnerships.
During this focus group our moderator will ask 8 questions to our panel of community experts (you) and anyone can answer, give feedback. Listening in will be Phoenix Center Executive Director, Phoenix leadership, and several Phoenix Board Members who are all interested in hearing your comments and suggestions that will be used to help guide our services for seniors in the future.
