Discover a memorable citizen of Westminster, Lucius England. Oconee History Museum has a collection of letters written to Lucius by multiple women during the time of WWI. Assistant Curator Jennifer Moss will take you on a journey through these letters weaving a story together about the mysteries of Lucius and the women who lovingly wrote to him.
