Dr. Nika White designs and facilitates high-impact experiences for senior organizational leaders on topics related to diversity, business and leadership. She serves as certified diversity trainer with the National Coalition Building Institute, a national organization whose mission is to build stronger communities by joining and strengthening leaders to advocate diversity by promoting collaborative problem solving within and among communities. Dr. White is a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) through the Institute for Diversity Certification (IDC) which has conferred globally-recognized professional credentials to Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) practitioners in all sectors. The IDC CDE program is based on industry standards and best practices, as well as designed to encourage excellence and achievement. Dr. White presents at a variety of conferences and educational programs on diversity initiative design, workforce diversity, cultural competence, diversity leadership and supplier diversity.
