Much like the divisions of the World Wars during the 20^th century, the musical style also became divided—no single style dominated, providing an opportunity for a wide range of music composed during this time. Radio broadcasting, sound recording, and electric instruments, along with countries either beaten down by or feeling victorious from war, created a diverse environment for music to develop and transform. Introducing the Fine Arts Center Jazz All Stars Concert Series. This new partnership between the Fine Arts Center and the Peace Center’s Community Impact program gives up-and-coming young artists the opportunity to showcase their skills and perform in a professional setting. No Small Matter is a 70-minute documentary film built from stories of real children, families, and teachers, illustrating the impact of high-quality early childhood experiences. We meet parents who are struggling to do their best for their kids, incredible teachers who model what early childhood classrooms should and could be like, and children learning and developing in real time.
