SC Health Data Walk Recaps

The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC), County Health organizations, and Ten at the Top previously hosted health data walks in every county of the Upstate.

Each Health Data Walk included a look at key health data points for that specific county and served as an important part of the development of the Community Health Plan for that county. Priority was placed on including the business community, local residents, and community leaders in these sessions.

The sessions were free and open to any interested community members.
