The UEE is a network of professionals that support the growth and development of the Upstate’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. Lead by UEE facilitator Craig Scharton, this group regularly convenes to network, learn, and share effective strategies to grow small businesses and strengthen local economies.
In addition to quarterly meetings, the UEE has been responsible for numerous events, programs, and initiatives including the StartGrow Upstate business resource hub and most recently, the Upstate Downtown Academy. The Upstate Downtown Academy is a new joint intiative of Ten at the Top and Main Street South Carolina aimed at exploring themes of community revitalization across the Upstate region. The program will take participants to 10 downtowns across the 10 counties of the Upstate, over the course of 10 months. For more information, contact UEE facilitator Craig Scharton here!
